The APARTMENTS company
The APARTMENTS company is a Serviced Apartments company with more than 100 fully furnished apartments for rent in Oslo. All our units are “fully serviced apartments”. Various apartment sizes are available and both short and long-term rentals are possible. Our apartments are of a high standard and in central locations.
Who are we?
The company is owned by property group Spabo, part of the Spabo Group, with its sister group Amesto. Spabo established The Apartments Company in 2014 in partnership with Daci Holding.
Industry leader with extensive experience
We offer fully furnished apartments, for long or short-term hire and rental of apartments for Norwegian Apartments, the Apartment Service (est. 2007), etc. Our founders have years of experience of the hotel and rental/apartment industry, and we’re one of the leading stakeholders in the rental market in Oslo.
